Sorry for not posting in a while! I've had a lot of homework and ACT prep to deal with. Finally, at long last, I have one of the wheel bars assembled and I tested it on the track. It works like a charm! The hubs are only attached to the bars by a single bolt right now, as I'm still trying to adjust things. I should have the full car done by next week. Video:
